​This website and all digital products are owned and operated by David Morris, professionally known as D’AMORE (“Artist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). All references to “you” or “customer” refer to the purchaser or user of any digital content provided through this website.

​​​All products sold on this website are digital audio files, including but not limited to individual songs, albums, and EPs.

Upon successful payment, you are granted access to download the purchased content. No physical items will be shipped.

All sales are final and subject to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products offered, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a product has been purchased and delivered (via download or access), it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any music may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees where permitted by law.
