About
Smooth vocal stylings and lyrics that beckon for love; musical artist D'Amore brings traditional love back to R&B.
His influences are resplendent of the classic sounds of Donny Hathaway, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Barry White, Conway Twitty and Teddy Pendergrass to modern artist like Adele, Bruno Mars, Usher and Big Daddy Kane. D'Amore's songwriting skills are creative and simply beautiful. Performing live at a grand piano or keyboard, the Brooklyn, N.Y crooner sings and plays with electrifying passion. Harnessing his talent the self taught musician has adapted many styles of music from blues, soul, rock, pop, country and hiphop throughout the years on the road. The outcome is the makings of a Maestro of Music.

D'Amore's great presence as an entertainer began with many years of struggle and hard work. He began writing and producing songs for himself and other local artists. Eventually catching the ear of the late music executive and film producer Clarence Avant, D'Amore was signed to Universal Music Publishing. The connection landed him a track on hiphop artist Lloyd Banks album Rotten Apple. The track entitled "Ice Man" was produced by him. Still not fully satisfied in the direction he was going, D'Amore says, "I decided to strike out on my own. I really wanted to get back to my roots in R&B soul and develop more there. There was so much more to learn and do". Through greater focus and study, D'Amore learned the art of seduction through his lyrics, chord progressions and sound. He uses raw emotion to connect to the listener.

D'Amore is always elevating his music forward, whether by doing local gigs or on the road. These days he finds himself in his home studio crafting new songs using the latest technology has to offer. He is also is working on ways to use great visuals, lighting, video screens, etc to enhance his audiences experience. Future endeavors include national and international shows at theatres and arenas. D'Amore's musical gifts, raw talent, vision and growing repertoire promises a great future.
